Half Scale Country Farmhouse

This house was built by modifying the Real Good Toys half scale dollhouse kit.
A larger foundation and porch was added, along with porch railing and a flower box. Stonework was added to the foundation, steps and the right face. The stones were made from Sculpty clay. The roof is covered with Paperclay, made to give the appearance of slate.

Finally finished the fern for the porch.
Interior
The fireplace is a bit over scale, but it is one of my favorite pieces in this room. It's a vintage piece by Plastico that has been repainted. The radio is also an older piece by Tootsietoy.
The rug is a cross-stitch piece. The lamp and the buffet under the staircase are by Tootsietoy.
The rug is another cross-stitch piece.
The tea cart is a Tootsietoy antique.

The chenille bedspread is a cross-stitch piece, along with the rug.
The chair was originally red, but was painted green.

The flooring is scrapbook paper.
The Tootsietoy piano sits upon a cross-stitched rug. The sofa and chairs have been painted lavender.
