Grandville SOLD

The Granville is an Artply kit. The Artply company, which no longer exists, created houses that were very easy to build, however the windows did require assembly. I no longer own this house as I sold it to a dear friend who has since passed it on to her granddaughter.
This house was originally painted pink, but the color turned out to be very close to that of Pepto Bismol.
The house was repainted a mauve and cream color. Repainting a house once trim has been installed is a very difficult task.
This house has an unusual balcony on the landing on the second floor.
